Most people grow up assuming they will have kids without even thinking about the option of not having them, because it’s so engrained in society that that is the way of life. But having kids is a choice! And it’s a decision that should be given lots of thought, rather than something that is done because Read More …
Hi everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your Cinco de Mayo!
Just wanted to let members know that the most recent forum topics are now listed under “Recent Forum Topics” on the right hand column of the site (if you’re using a desktop/laptop; on phones it is toward the bottom). This hopefully will help other users see when a new topic has been started! But keep in mind that the topic will not re-appear under this section when replies are made, even if they are new replies on an old topic. We will be working on ways to improve the forum features to make them more interactive, so stay tuned! As always, suggestions are welcome 🙂
There is a new Social Groups for the Childfree forum which has a number of childfree social groups listed by country & state, which we will continue to update. Also, we have added a number of childfree related social events under the Events Forum! If your location does not have any childfree social groups or events listed, please let us know by replying to this post or by sending a message to Danse4life, and we will do our best to search for events/groups for you!
As always, you are more than welcome to start your own social group or organize an event (even something simple such as dinner & drinks) in these forums to see if other members are interested in meeting up! 🙂
Leave a comment here or send a private message to Danse4life to let us know the city/state/country you live in and/or the biggest major city near you! This will help us search for events targeted to the areas our members live in 🙂
A worldwide childfree social network
Listen up DINK International members! I want to introduce you to a friend of mine.
She teaches couples & individuals the SKILLS necessary to create loving, fun and long lasting relationships within a childfree lifestyle. Being in a solid relationship takes skills that can be learned… just like learning to ride a bike or drive a car. Unfortunately, many of us weren’t taught how to advocate for what we want and need within relationships – especially in a world that says we must have children to live a fulfilling life. This is what she teaches people!
Perhaps you’ve heard of her? Her name is Robyn D’Angelo, she’s a couples therapist and relationship coach known as The Happy Couple Expert.

A worldwide childfree social network
A bill is being proposed that would grant parents an additional 3 days of paid vacation/leave for their kids’ school activities. We do not support this bill – and here’s why! (Refer to the link at the end of our post to learn more about what is being proposed.)
In our opinion, it’s not right to offer extra benefits to one group of people but not to another group when both groups hold the same position/make the same salary. Workplace equality for the childfree is an important issue these days, especially with a big push coming from parents, and more specifically working mothers, for companies to offer benefits (specifically) to them that would help Read More …

A worldwide childfree social network
Adults-only weddings are becoming increasingly popular, and at DINKInternational.com, we can understand why!! While just about everyone realizes children can potentially be disruptive at weddings, SOME parents seem not to care about this possibility – they believe their kids should be allowed at the wedding regardless of potential behavior issues. Yes, some kids are very well-behaved. But others can be loud, disruptive, or even down right destructive! And even if Read More …

A worldwide social network for the childfree!
I think it’s important to raise awareness of how AWESOME & EXCITING it can be to live a childfree life! Whether someone is childfree by choice or circumstance, it can be very fulfilling, rewarding and fun to be childfree!! So, I’ve decided to share some of my favorite life experiences with everyone that I know for a fact I would not have been able to do by this point in my life if I had kids! Read More …
Many of us have had dining experiences ruined by obnoxious, loud/crying/screaming children! While some kids are well behaved, others make a BIG scene and their parents seem to be unable (or don’t care) to control them. You know the scene, you’re trying to enjoy a nice romantic evening with your date when all of a sudden “WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!” or . And it usually doesn’t stop there, then the struggle for the parents to regain control ensues – which often includes raised voices from all involved parties. It can be enough to make you want to leave!
In fact, a number of restaurants have imposed complete or partial bans on kids both because of this and because Read More …
————————————-Nobody from DINKInternational.com works at Contiki and we are not being paid or otherwise endorsed to promote their company. This is our genuine review of their company! ————————————————————————————————————————————————————
If you are in the age range of 18-35, you are eligible to sign up for tours with one of our favorite travel companies for young adults: Contiki. They are ideal for people who are traveling alone or individuals/groups of friends/couples traveling overseas for the first time. To be honest, they are great for experienced travelers as well!
Contiki only allows travelers in this age range, which means you KNOW you will be around a bunch of other energetic travelers! You can check out what tours they offer here: Contiki
Why travel with them? Because they actually are VERY FUN!!!! Contiki tours also are affordable when you consider a number of things: your hotel/hostel stays, some meals (usually at least one a day), and all travel between countries and long distances (other than your flight to arrive and depart for the tour) are included is in the cost. They can arrange your arriving and departing flights as well, but that is not included in the price listed online. Things can always change so please double check all of this yourself prior to booking!
Okay, so how fun are they? Well, they basically do not monitor what you do at all, Read More …
First of all, welcome to our site and thank you for joining!!
Our site is very new and likely we will be adding many new features over the next several months, so stay tuned! For example, we are hoping to improve user profiles with more data fields, hashtags, blogging capabilities, as well as adding an optional feature that allows you to add your Instagram photos!
Some features have already been added. Did you know that you can make comments and add articles &/or pictures of childfree content on your profile page or in the forums? You can “like” pages, posts, comments, etc. Now you can share content from our site on your social media pages, if you wish! Also, on your profile page you can now add your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media accounts for your new friends to find & follow you! This is optional of course. You can also adjust your privacy settings to filter what people see about you.
We have just begun working to promote the site and recruit members, so we expect to keep growing! Once we have enough members, we will start arranging childfree events. Meanwhile, you are always free to try to get something together yourselves by posting it under the Events Forum!
Please let us know by sending a private message to danse4life or E-mailing us at DINKInternational@use.startmail.com if you have any difficulties with the site!

A FREE worldwide social network for the childfree!
I know at DINKInternational.com, one of the big reasons we choose to be childfree is because it allows us the time & flexibility (not to mention extra money) to travel the world! Our bucket lists seem to be infinite; it’s always growing! The more you travel, the more you learn about amazing places to visit in this world from other fellow travelers. Even if you do not have the funds to stay in exotic resorts, you can still have an excellent time staying in hostels, using Air BNB, or coach surfing – I personally have enjoyed these stays just as much as staying in luxury resorts; they offer completely different experiences but both can be equally fabulous!
Next time someone tells you they’d be bored being childfree, show them this bucket list!
Have you been to any of these places or do you have something to add to this list? Comment & let us know!
Here are some of our top picks (which do not include any places we have already visited, or any places in the USA -these will both be covered in separate posts):
Devil’s Pool, Victoria Falls, Zambia:
Do you like to live on the edge? How about soaking in a natural infinity edge pool at the edge of a massive 100m high waterfall?!? Well, if that sounds appealing to you then you probably would like to add this location to your bucket list. There is a lip at the edge of the waterfall here creating a “safe” pool to sit in. You can even jump in the pool or take a picture leaning against the edge – if you’ve got the guts!! Make sure you go at the right time of year (August through January) when the water levels are low enough to get in the pools! Truly a unique experience!!!
Devil’s Pool, Victoria Falls – Swimming on the Edge: Devil’s Pool is a natural rock pool on the edge of the Victoria Falls, located along the Zambezi River on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. During the dry season, Devil’s Pool is shallow enough that people can safely swim right to the edge before the waterfall drops more than 300 feet (100m).
The Victoria Falls on the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia, attract thousands of tourists every year. One of the main attractions is the Devil’s Pool a natural swimming pool right at the edge of the falls.
Livingstone island offers a view of Victoria Falls that is incomparable to any waterfall anywhere in the world. For bookings, go to www.tongabezi.com To use this video in a commercial player, advertising or in broadcasts, please email Viral Spiral: firstname.lastname@example.org
